Alumna, Yazmeen Kanji's first fictional short film, One Day will have its Toronto premiere at the Canadian Film Festival. The screening will take place on Wednesday, March 26 at 11:00 am, and will be followed by a Q&A session with cast and crew. One Day can be found under Homegrown Shorts 2 and tickets are available now.
One Day tells the story of an Indo-Caribbean Muslim teenager who daydreams to seek her inner confidence.
